2. This matter is listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'.
3. It is evident from the records that the appeal was transferred from the Principal District and Sessions Court Madurai to the file of this Court and the same was taken on file in Crl.A(MD)No.92 of 2025. Since there was no representation for the appellant, this Court directed the Registry to issue notice to the appellant and despite issuance of notice, the same was returned as unserved on the ground that the appellant is not residing in the said address. Though the appellant's name was printed in the cause list, there was no representation on his behalf for the past two hearings. Even today (ie.,20.11.2025) there is no representation for the appellant. Hence, this Court has no other option, but to dismiss the appeal.
4. Hence, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed as non-prosecution. 20.11.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No das 2/4
