ORDER

This Petition has been filed to modify and relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4057 of 2017, dated 11.12.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition, without any deviation.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that even though, the petitioner is complying with the condition, considering the nature of this case, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
