ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to conduct fair and impartial investigation and to file final report in Crime No.1379 of 2018 dated 20.07.2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 20.07.2018, no final report is filed till date. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondent Police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months. 5.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to file a final report, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
