ORDER

Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, would contend that the representation submitted by the petitioner on 25.01.2021 is registered in CSR.No.49 of 2021 and the enquiry is pending. 2.In the circumstances, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court directs the second respondent police to consider the representation dated 25.01.2021, submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law based on merits and on findings within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order. 3.With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
