ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner with the respondents 3 to 7.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent is a police constable and on his influence, the second respondent has been harassing the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State wold submit that the fifth respondent has appeared and represented that their application to cancel the patta is pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer.

4. But as rightly contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Revenue Divisional Officer has passed the order, dated 16.02.2015, directing the Tahsildar to make entries in the revenue record in the name of Ramar S/o.Karuppan. He would further submit that the petitioner has not appeared before the second respondent, despite receipt of summons.

5. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to appear before the second respondent.

6. Recording the said submission made by either side, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent and on such appearance, the second respondent is directed to proceed with enquiry and take necessary action within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

7. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
