ORDER

The petitioner appears to have matrimonial issue vis-a-vis her husband and she faces threat to her life, limp and liberty from the respondents 3 to 5 and seeks police protection. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that earlier, the petitioner has preferred a complaint involving the matrimonial issue. It was enquired in C.S.R.No.42 of 2019 and closed.

4.For the present the petitioner alleges that she faces threat to her life and liberty from the respondents 3 to 5, she is directed to give a fresh complaint to the second respondent and on such fresh complaint, the second respondent is directed to enquire into the matter of the complaint filed by the petitioner and take such appropriate decision as may be necessary to protect the life, liberty and right to the property of the petitioner. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
