Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SHAKUL HAMEED.M, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19658 of 2021 on 10.12.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19658 of 2021 on 10.12.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is pending.

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19658 of 2021 on 10.12.2021 is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 03/02/2022 22.02.2022 :
While passing the orders on 03.02.2022, a mistake has been committed by this Court as if the petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation. In fact, this petition has been filed seeking extension of time to comply the order in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.19658 of 2021.
2.Since a mistake has been committed by this Court, the order dated 03.02.2022 in this petition is recalled and consequently extend period for three weeks (21 days) is ordered to the petitioner to comply the order in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19658 of 2021, dated 03.02.2022.
