The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the Inspector of Police, Kombai Police Station, Kombai, Theni District to comply with the orders dated 05.01.2021 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakanoor in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2299 of 2020. 2.The main grievance of the petitioner is that though the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakanoor directed the second respondent to investigate and report the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the second respondent is yet to take any action. 3.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that as per the directions of the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.OP.(MD)No.15841 of 2020 Magistrate, Bodinayakanoor, the First Information Report in Crime No.28 of 2021 of Kombai Police Station was registered on 12.02.2021 and investigation is still pending.

4.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent/Inspector of Police, Kombai Police Station to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible.
