ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused Rank Not Known, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 503 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No. Not Known of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/3

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 22.01.2024, at about 09.00 p.m, the petitioner said to have abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and threatened the defacto complainant with dire consequences. Hence, the defacto complainant had given a complaint against the petitioner before the respondent Police.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the complaint given by the defacto complainant is at enquiry stage and there is no First Information Report is registered against the petitioner.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and also considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), there shall be a direction to the respondent Police to complete the above said enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
