ORDER

This quash petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in S.T.C.No.289 of 2014 having been taken cognizance for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 323 IPC by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam, Pudukottai District as against the petitioners.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the trial has been over and all the accused persons were convicted on 11.05.2015 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam, Pudukottai District.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
