ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.216 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, Kanyakumari District. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there are totally six accused persons, in which already the first accused and the defacto complainant are now joined together and living happily. Insofar as other accused persons are concerned, already they had entered into compromise and the entire proceedings in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14954 of 2021, dated 08.03.2022 has been quashed.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.3869 of 2020 3.Heard Mr.R.Russel Raj, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.B.Thanga Aravind, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent and Mr.B.Brijesh Kishore, learned Counsel appearing for the second respondent. 4.Therefore, the entire proceedings in C.C.No.216 of 2019 are quashed. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
