Mr.PR.Boomee Rajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that though the petitioner gave a specific complaint against certain accused, the respondent police did not include them in the final report in Crime No.267 of 2020 of Poovanthi Police Station, Sivagangai.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1768 of 2021 2.Mr.S.Chandra Sekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would contend that the Inspector of Police, Poovanthi Police Station, Sivagangai District, after concluding the investigation in Crime No.267 of 2020, filed a final report before the Subordinate Judge, Additional Mahila Court, Sivagangai, in S.C.No.9 of 2021 against the accused, for the offences punishable under Sections 7 and 8 of the Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 366 A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the final report filed by the police, she can approach the concerned Court, if so advised.
