JUDGMENT

The Appellant, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.07.2015, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 449 and 302 IPC., r/w Section 3(2)(v) of SC/ST (POA) Act, in Crime No.162 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. When the matter matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the appellant https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

herein is arrayed as A5. He would further submit that in this case final report was filed and is pending as P.R.C.No.68 of 2016, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sri Vaikundam.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
