Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No. 1 of 2019 in O.S.No. 248 of 2014 on the file of Additional District Munsif, Padmanaphapuram dated 30-07-2020 and now transferred the suit and renumbered as O.S.No. 1 of 2021, on the file of the Family Court, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 17.10.2023, and direct the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1 of 2021, within a period of one month, and the requisition letter submitted by the Family Court (FAC), Nagercoil, Chairman/District Judge, Permanent Lok Adalat, Nagercoil vide in letter D.No.949/2023 dated 17.11.2023, this Court made the following order:

"Today, this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for Lower Court".

2. It is evident from the records that this Court, vide order dated 17.10.2023, directed the Family Court to hear the arguments and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1 of 2021 within a period of one month from that day, taking note of the fact that judgment was already reserved.

3. The learned Judge of Family Court holding Full Additional Charge has submitted a requisition dated 17.11.2023 stating that the previous presiding officer has been transferred and she has been placed in Full Additional Charge. 2/4

4. Considering the reasons assigned, one month further time is granted to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1 of 2021 from the date of receipt of copy of this order."
