To permit the petitioner herein to withdraw the conditional amount of Rs.3,00,000/- along with proportionate interest, which has been deposited by the respondent to the credit of C.C. No. 129 of 2022 before the Learned Fast Track, Judicial Magistrate Court, Srivilliputhur, pursuant to the condition imposed by this Court on 16.06.2025 in Crl.RC(MD).No.659 of 2025 pending disposal of the above Civil Revision Case.
Prayer for Crl.MP(MD) No.2004 of 2026:
To permit the petitioner herein to withdraw the conditional amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- along with proportionate interest, which has been deposited by the respondent to the credit of C.C. No. 130 of 2022 before the Learned Fast Track, Judicial Magistrate Court, Srivilliputhur, pursuant to the condition imposed by this Court on 16.06.2025 in Crl.RC(MD).No.660 of 2025 pending disposal of the above Civil Revision Case.
COMMON ORDER The present Criminal Miscellaneous petitions are filed seeking to permit the petitioners to withdraw the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- and Rs.2,00,000/- respectively along with proportionate interest, which has been deposited by the respondent to the credit of C.C.Nos.129 & 130 of 2022 on the file of Fast Track Judicial Magistrate Court, Srivilliputhur.
2. Mr.R.Karunanidhi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, has stated that he has no objection in allowing these petitions.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these miscellaneous petitions are ordered as prayed for.
