2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent Police has already arrested the petitioner in another case and hence, he prays for modification of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has not been complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.15817/2025 dated 15.10.2025, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily Morning at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 27.01.2026 vsg To
