This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Cr.No.126 of 2013 at early. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that though the First Information Report has been registered in the year 2013, so far, investigation has not been completed and a final report also not filed and hence he requests this Court to give a direction to the respondent to file a final report at early.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has submitted that investigation is almost over and a final report will be filed within three months. 4.Taking into consideration the case is pending from the year 2013 that is for the past five years, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
