2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
