O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 19.12.2017.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that since one Rathinasamy and two others tried to encroach the petitioner's land, the petitioner gave a complaint to the second respondent, but the second respondent did not take any steps on the said complaint.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State has submitted that after receipt of the complaint both the parties were summoned for enquiry and during the enquiry, both the parties have agreed to measure the property with the help of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Government Surveyor and accordingly, the said complaint was closed.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this criminal original petition is closed.
