The Writ Petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 16.10.2020.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent submits that appropriate orders will be passed on the representation, dated 16.10.2020 of the petitioner within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks after giving notice to the persons who are likely to be affected by the orders to be passed by the respondent.
