ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 2 and 3 herein to determine the land value for the petitioner's property which was registered through sale deed document No. 2708/2024 dated 13.08.2024 on the file of the third respondent herein based on the Circular No.1/2014 dated 27.01.2014 of the registration Department

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, seeking determination of the land value for 2/4

the petitioner's property, which was registered through sale deed document No.2708/2024 dated 13.08.2024, and dispose the same, after giving opportunity to the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
