Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner's name is figuring in the history sheet maintained by the third respondent. The materials placed before me by the respondents clearly indicate that the petitioner's name ought not to be retained in the history sheet list. Therefore, the respondents are directed to delete the name of the petitioner from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
