ORDER

This petition is preferred to quash the C.C.No.1368 of 2021 on the file of Additional Mahila Court,Trichy, under Sections 498(A), 406 and 506(1) of IPC and Section 4 of DP Act.

2.Pending the present petition, the parties have entered into compromise and they have filed a the joint compromise memo. The joint compromise is accompanied with an affidavit of the defacto complainant. The first petitioner and the de facto complainant are before this Court. The petitioners 2 and 3 are 72 and 54 years old respectively and they are hospitalized at Pondicherry. Therefore, the petitioners 2 and 3 did not appear before this Court.

3.This Court confirmed with the defacto complainant that she shall not raise any issue regarding the same. The defacto complainant has accepted the same. 4.Therefore, based on the joint compromise memo, the impugned charge sheet is quashed and the criminal original petition is allowed. The joint compromise memo and the affidavit of the defacto complainant shall form part and parcel of this order. 13-11-2025 Tmg
