ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.08.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that the petitioner and defacto complaint are husband and wife and there is a dispute between them with regard to desertion of the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that after enquiry, petition has been closed on 13.11.2014.

5. A copy of the closure report is directed to be furnished to the petitioner and it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law, based on the closure report.
