This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 16.08.2017.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused persons have created forged documents in respect of the petitioner's property and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint. So far, no action has been taken.

an enquiry has been conducted and it was found that the dispute is civil in nature and hence, the complaint has been closed on 05.10.2017.
