This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.443 of 2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 24.09.2018, no final report is filed till date. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three weeks.

5.In view of the above, the respondent is directed to file a final report, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
