Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 463, 464, 465 and 466 I.P.C., seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to difference of opinion between the petitioner and the ExPresident of Pudukottai Panchayat, a false case has been foisted against the petitioner. He further submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that no complaint has been received against the petitioner and hence, there is no apprehension of arrest.
4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
