ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to transfer the investigation in Crime No.311 of 2014 on the file of the third respondent to the second respondent for fair investigation and to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that investigation is over, except the chemical report.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, direction is issued to the respondent No.3 to file a final report within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
