This petition has been filed to direct the respondent no.2 to file the final report in Crime No.333 of 2016 on the file of the respondent no.2 police station within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions given by the second respondent submitted that the final report is being filed today before the concerned Court.
