This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint given by the second respondent.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that due to family quarrel, the second respondent gave a false complaint against the petitioner and based on the said complaint the first respondent is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent has submitted that no complaint has been received against the petitioner and the petitioner was not at all called for any enquiry and hence, the question of harassment does not arise.
