This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent police to file the 1/4

final report in connection with Crime No.135 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police station.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent has already completed investigation.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent is directed to file a final report within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order before the jurisdictional Court.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
