The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, this Court directs the Investigating Agency to expedite the investigation and file a charge sheet within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition after filing of charge sheet. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P(MD) No.2268 of 2019 is closed.
