This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 27.10.2017.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused person has fabricated a document and grabbed 2.5 cents of the petitioner's land and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 27.10.2017. But, so far, no action has been taken. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents has submitted that after receipt of the said

complaint, an enquiry has been conducted and it was found that the dispute is civil in nature and hence, the complaint was closed on 18.12.2017.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
