ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in Crime No.316 of 2014, on the file of the respondent police for offences under Section 417,420,294(b), 323 and 506(i) of I.P.C, the petitioner is now before this Court seeking Anticipatory Bail. 2.It is seen that this Court had granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 18.09.2014 and referred the matter to the Mediation Centre for settlement. The Mediation Centre has sent a failure report on 29.01.2015.

3.It is the case of the de-facto complainant that this petitioner had borrowed a sum of Rs.9 lakhs on 14.10.2011 and that he had defaulted in making payment either towards principle or interest. In this regard, a complaint was lodged on 11.09.2014. 4.On a reading of the complaint, it essentially appears to be civil in nature. Hence, interim anticipatory bail already granted to the petitioner is made absolute. If the petitioner had already https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ furnished sureties, he need not furnish fresh surety. The petitioner

shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
