O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking to direct the first respondent herein to transfer the investigation in the crime No.112/2014 from the file of the 2nd respondent to CBCID or any other competent agency as this Honourable court may deem fit and proper for proper investigation.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that already the case in crime No. 112/2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent has been closed as Action Dropped on 28.02.2015 and RCS also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
