This petition has been listed today under the caption ''Extension of Time for Lower Court'' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.146 of 2018 pending on the file of the learned III Additional District Judge, (PCR), Madurai

2. The learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Madurai, has sent a letter in D.No.1351 dated 18.11.2025, requesting extension of further time to dispose of S.C.No.146 of 2018 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 09.03.2022.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Madurai, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing the case in S.C.No.146 of 2018 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 17-12-2025 2/3
