This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to call for the records and quash the charge sheet filed against the petitioner in C.C.No.230 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Tirunelveli in respect of Crime No.20 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent Police.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,01.02.2023), the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.
