ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a charge sheet in Crime No.185 of 2017 on the file of the respondent within the time stipulated as fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 20.11.2017, no charge sheet is filed till date. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation is almost completed and the respondent may be permitted to file a charge sheet within a period of four weeks.

5.In view of the above, the respondent is directed to file a charge sheet, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
