ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail for the alleged offence under Section 294(b), 420 of IPC. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence. However, he was threatened that a case has been registered against him and hence he is having apprehension that he may be arrested by the respondent. Hence, he is seeking anticipatory bail.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that no complaint has been received against the petitioner and no case has been registered against him https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ and hence the question of arresting the petitioner does not arise.
