ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 323, 324, 379 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.05 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) opposed the grant of bail by cataloging a number of cases, in which, they are

involved. The first petitioner is having five previous cases. The second petitioner is having four previous cases, out of which, one is under NDPS Act.

4.Taking note of the bad antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant relief. Hence, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
