ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents / his men and agents not to, at the instance of any complaint, harass the petitioner in respect of his practice of providing first aid medical service in allopathy without following the due process of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent are harassing the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that neither a complaint nor any case is pending against the petitioner on the file of the respondents and the respondents are neither harassing the petitioner nor interested in harassing the petitioner whatsoever.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it is made clear that now the presence of the petitioner is not necessary to the respondents either for interrogation or for enquiry.
