(Order of the Court was made by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J.) The Writ Petition has been directed against the E-Auction Sale Notice, dated 23.12.2021, issued by the 2nd respondent, fixing the date and time of sale as 28.01.2022, between 11.00 p.m. and 12.00 p.m.

2.Mr.Veera Pandian, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for respondent No.2 submitted that the sale could not be held for want of bidders and hence, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed. No costs.
