ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the third respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.09.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that the petitioner is having 1 acre 84 cents of land in S.No.12/3; that the sons of the petitioner had obtained signature in blank paper and have forged settlement deeds in their own favour by impersonation. abused the petitioner. Since no action was taken on the said complaint, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that enquiry has been conducted and it has been closed on 29.09.2014.

5.A copy of the closure report is directed to be furnished to the petitioner and it is open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in accordance with law, based on the closure report.
