When the matte is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that already the investigation has been completed and final has also been filed.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petiton with liberty to challenge the final hearing proceedings.

3. Recording the above submissions and since already final report has been filed, this Cirminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report in the manner known to law with relevant records. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions stands closed.
