2. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petiton with liberty to challenge the final hearing proceedings.

3. Recording the above submissions and since already final report has been filed, this Cirminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
