ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the order in W.P.(MD)No.9651 of 2011, dated 10.01.2024 and to direct the second respondent to dispose the revision filed by the petitioner in Revision No.A8/1246/2006 on merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the tax payable by the petitioner is only Rs.30,00,000/-, this Court, vide order, dated 10.01.2024, directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- being 30% of the arrear amount, ie., Rs.94,79,606/-. He also submitted that the petitioner has already paid a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- towards tax and prayed this Court to modify the order, dated 10.01.2024.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner and on perusing the documents available on record, this Court is of the view that this Court has only passed an interim order and if the petitioner has any grievance, 2/3

he may contest the same at the time of final hearing and hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
