ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 2.This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for exhuming the body of the deceased for projecting the same to forensic autopsy. In this case, the post mortem was already done by a forensic Doctor - D.Udhaya Banu. The said forensic Doctor informed me that, on the body of the deceased, external injuries (12 in number) were found. The son-in-law of the petitioner has also been arrested and he is still in jail. The report is still awaited. The Investigation Officer informs the Court that he will file an alteration report. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
