This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to proceed with the investigation in Crime No.580 of 2018, on his file and complete the same in accordance with law and file the final report within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the charge sheet was laid before the concerned Court on 06.03.2019 and the fine amount has also been collected by the Magistrate.

4. The above said statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
