RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court that he shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI,Madurai daily at 10.30.a.m. dated 01.12.2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21270 of 2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. THANUSHIYA.N, Advocate for the petitioner and of M.VEERANTHIRAN, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE(CRL SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21270 of 2022, dated 01.12.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21270 of 2022, dated 01.12.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 6.30 pm until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
