ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused in Crime No.54 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.08.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 307 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that there was a previous animosity between the de-facto complainant and one Sagunikarthick, the said Sagunikarthik waylaid the de-facto complainant and attacked the defacto complainant and his friends and caused injuries. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the injured had been discharged from the hospital and the petitioner is having one previous case.

5.However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions.

6.Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi, Ramnad District and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
