ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody since 01.02.2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 342, 364A, 392 of IPC, in Crime No.116 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 05.12.2018 when the defacto complainant travelling in his car, the petitioner along with other accused person kidnapped the defacto complainant and stolen Rs.37,000/- and his half sovering ring. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. A1 and A5 were released on bail. Accordingly, he prayed for bail.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the the petitioner is two previous cases against him one is for the offence 302 IPC and another one is similar in nature and opposed to the grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and since the petitioner is having two previous cases against him, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal original petition stands dismissed.
